I truly appreciated the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The elegant decoration created a warm and comfortable environment for senior guests like myself. The general areas were easy to navigate and the hotel provided excellent accessibility for seniors, making my stay enjoyable and stress-free.
I would have loved to see more assistance from the staff, especially when it came to catering to the needs of senior guests. A little extra support and attention from the hotel's young team would have made my vacation even better.

This place is mind-blowing! The apartment is super cosy and comfortable with top-quality linen. Francisco and Joanna are incredibly friendly and gave us great suggestions of things to do. The location near the metro station is jaw-dropping, perfect for watching the sunset over the river. The bedroom and bathroom have plenty of space and everything is super clean and modern. The shared kitchen is a bonus and the central location is great for exploring the city. Wi-fi, lift, cots, pets allowed, and no smoking on site.

Great location, close to main attractions and easy to walk to places. Clean and tidy rooms with comfortable beds. Enjoyed the spacious and modern room, good value for money. Communal kitchen available for travelers to use.
No 24-hour reception, causing stress and difficulty in accessing the building. Misleading advertising as a hotel instead of a pension.

The room at Alda Centro León was awesome! I loved the cozy bunk beds that were perfect for me and my friend. The wooden floors gave a warm and homely feel to the room. The free toiletries in the private bathroom were a nice touch.
Personally, I didn't enjoy the deep soaking bathtubs in the bathrooms. But hey, that's just my opinion and others might still find them great!

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. I loved being able to walk to all the major attractions and explore the beautiful streets of Leon. Another great aspect was the helpful and friendly staff. They were always available to answer questions and provide directions. Plus, the room had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The lack of clear signage at the entrance of the hotel. It took some time to figure out where exactly to enter the building.
